- Careers / Job Applications: name, email address, phone number, resume/CV, cover letter, and any other information you voluntarily include in your application, whether submitted to careers@exactable.in or via the Website.
- Interviews and Assessments: notes, feedback, recordings (where applicable), assessment or test results, references, and other information gathered during interviews, evaluations, or discussions conducted as part of our recruitment or engagement process.
- Other Correspondence and Interactions: any information you include in emails, WhatsApp messages, calls, meetings, or any other interaction with us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website or its subdomains, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with:

- Enquiry Form Data: retained indefinitely, or until you request deletion, unless it develops into a client engagement, in which case it will be retained in accordance with the resulting services agreement and applicable law.
- Job Application Data: retained indefinitely for consideration for future openings, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Analytics, Advertising, and Ad Serving Data: retained in accordance with the default retention settings of the relevant provider (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Google Ads), or as otherwise configured by us.
- We may retain personal data for longer periods where required to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security safeguards, including access controls and secure data transmission, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, as required under Section 8(5) of the DPDP Act. 10. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities undertaken;
- request correction, completion, and updating of your personal data;
- request erasure of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations;
- withdraw your consent at any time, with the withdrawal being as easy as giving consent, with effect for future processing (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal);
- nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
- file a grievance with us and, if unresolved, escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) once it is fully operational.

11. Children's Data
The Website, subdomains, and our Services are intended for business and professional use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Under the DPDP Act (Section 9), we do not knowingly collect personal data of children (defined as individuals under 18 years of age) or persons with disability for whom consent has not been provided by their lawful guardian. We do not engage in any processing of children's personal data that is likely to cause harm to the child, nor do we track, monitor behavior, or serve targeted behavioral advertisements to children on any of our sites, subdomains, or products. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected child data without appropriate parent/guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
