The Role
As City Operations Manager at Zenith, you'll be the backbone of our ground operations. You won't be managing spreadsheets in an office—you'll be on the ground, solving real problems, building processes, and ensuring every customer and driver experience is seamless.
You'll report directly to the founders and have significant influence on how operations are structured and scaled. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of everything they touch.
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day operational activities across cab hailing and self-drive rental servicesManage driver relationships, onboarding, and performance trackingCoordinate fleet allocation, maintenance schedules, and vehicle logisticsHandle customer and driver escalations with speed and professionalismBuild and implement operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Monitor service quality metrics and identify improvement opportunitiesLead driver onboarding and training programsCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, finance, tech, and customer support teamsIdentify and mitigate operational bottlenecksReport metrics, insights, and recommendations to the leadership teamWhat We're Looking For
