Zenith is a next-generation mobility platform scaling rapidly across India. We operate cab hailing services, self-drive car rentals, and smart fleet management. We're building a company that handles everything from driver payouts to customer billing at scale.


As we grow, we need someone to establish the financial foundation that will support rapid expansion without legal or compliance issues.


The Role


As Finance & Compliance Executive at Zenith, you'll be the keeper of our financial integrity and regulatory health. You're not a traditional accountant—you're a financial operations manager who understands that clean finances are the backbone of rapid growth.


You'll manage cash flow, ensure vendors and drivers are paid on time, maintain compliance, and provide the financial visibility that founders need to make strategic decisions. This is a critical role for a scaling company.


What You'll Do


  • Manage daily financial records, invoices, and payment reconciliation
  • Process vendor payments and driver payouts accurately and on schedule
  • Track operational expenses and cost management across all departments
  • Prepare and manage GST invoicing and billing documentation
  • Maintain compliance records with local regulations and tax requirements
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and legal consultants
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and summaries
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions
  • Support fund management and cash flow optimization
  • Ensure proper record-keeping for regulatory compliance
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies
  • Generate business insights from financial data
  • Ensure timely statutory filing and compliance

  • Prior experience in finance, accounting, or operations roles

  • Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance (M.Com)
  • Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Background in GST compliance or tax management
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or fast-growing startups
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and audit processes

  • Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
