The Role


As our HR & Talent Acquisition Executive, you're not just filling positions—you're building the team that will define Zenith's culture and capabilities. You'll be the first dedicated HR person in the organization, which means you'll have the opportunity to shape how we hire, develop, and retain talent.


You'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and play a crucial role in building an organizational culture that attracts high performers.


What You'll Do


  • Build and execute recruitment strategies for multiple roles across operations, tech, finance, and business teams
  • Source and screen candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communications
  • Manage onboarding programs for new employees (both white-collar and operational staff)
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Track attendance, leaves, and HR administration
  • Coordinate with operations team to understand staffing needs and timeline requirements
  • Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely salary disbursal
  • Build hiring pipelines for future growth requirements
  • Create and implement company policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Support office administration and logistics when needed
  • Develop HR dashboards and metrics to track team growth

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools
  • Experience managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Comfort with startup environments and rapid changes
  • Ability to source candidates effectively across multiple platforms
  • Prior HR or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the organization

  • Nice-to-Haves


  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Background in logistics or operations recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for driver/ground staff positions
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements

  • Compensation & Benefits


  • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
